Stakeholder Exercise 2/14

Take a look at the scenarios below. Work with a group to identify the stakeholders, both direct and indirect. Name as many as you can, and explain briefly why you  think each person/group belongs on the list as a direct or indirect stakeholder

1. You’re developing a new storytime program as part of a collaboration between Education, Writing, and English majors here at Centenary. You’ll be taking turns reading stories here at the campus library and also at the local county library up the road.
2. As part of your membership in a campus social justice group, you want to lobby for the local town council to remove the blue paint in the middle of the road on Stiger Street here in Hackettstown in front of the police station.
3. You want to work with the Hackettstown BID to volunteer to host a tutoring day for local businesses to help them with their websites and social media accounts.
